Christopher D. Mordas is the Chief Executive Officer at Bernkopf Goodman. As a member of the firm’s leadership team acting at the direction of the firm’s Executive Committee, he oversees overall strategy development and execution while leading firm administrative operations. Chris, a licensed attorney, has a 20-year foundation of executive operational, financial, and legal leadership experience most recently as a Partner, COO & CFO with KLR, a top 100 public accounting advisory firm in the U.S. ranked third in New England, previously, as the CFO at Palladium Group, an international strategy management consulting firm, additionally as Internal Audit Director for Beacon Roofing Supply, a rapidly growing multi-billion dollar publicly held Roofing Distributor. Chris has wide ranging versatile experience and expertise including financial and operational growth strategy execution, business turnarounds and divestitures, M&A, regulatory compliance, internal control, financial reporting and accounting, debt and tax compliance, in house counsel responsibilities, human resources oversight, SEC reporting, and financial analyses and business intelligence.
