Real Estate Legal Assistant

Bernkopf Goodman is seeking a full-time legal assistant with 3+ years of related experience to join a well-established and vibrant transactional real estate practice. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, team environment, and will possess excellent grammar and word processing skills, attention to detail, and a focused work style. The position will provide support to two Partners in a friendly, but professional, workplace. Primary tasks include editing complex real estate documents, inputting billable time and skillful management of priorities and deadlines.

Litigation Legal Assistant

Bernkopf Goodman LLP is seeking a full-time legal assistant to support three attorneys in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a law firm setting, a professional demeanor and approach to assignments, and be an advanced user of MS Office programs. Litigation experience in contract disputes, title insurance claims, class action, construction defect, or foreclosure is a plus. Real Estate Paralegal

Bernkopf Goodman LLP is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including financing, conveyancing, leasing, zoning and title matters, as well as various corporate matters. Candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided.
