Commercial Real Estate Associate Rachel Baime Joins Bernkopf Goodman
Bernkopf Goodman has hired commercial real estate attorney Rachel Baime as an associate.
The Boston-based law firm, which specializes in commercial real estate, expands its team with Baime, who has more than 20 years of legal experience. Baime has represented developers across Massachusetts with acquisitions, title review and policy negotiation and condominium conversion and has represented national lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions.
Baime, who is a Hamilton College (N.Y.) graduate, went to law school at Suffolk University and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2001, adds to a real estate team which has substantial experience in commercial, retail, industrial and residential development projects in New England and across the country.
Bernkopf Goodman’s broad array of clients includes banks and other lending entities, insurance and surety companies, business owners, real estate developers, contractors, subcontractors and individuals.
